This is the last Will and Testament

of me HENRY JOHNSTON DUNLOP of "Rushmere House" Princes walk Normanston Drive Lowestoft in the County of Suffolk retired Traffic Manager Indian Railways which I make, this Twenty Seventh day of June One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-seven_ .

1. I HEREBY REVOKE all former Wills and Testamentary Dispositions heretofore made by me.

2. I APPOINT my son Ronald John Dunlop to be sole Executor of this my will.

3. I DECLARE that my domicile is English and that I desire my Will to be construed and to take effect according to English Law.

4. I DIRECT that my Just debts funeral and testamentary expenses death duties and duties upon the legacies hereby bequeathed shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease.

5. I BEQUETH to Peggy Vera Davies if still in my household at the date of my death a legacy of Two Thousand Pounds free of duty.

6. I DEVISE my freehold dwellinghouse and premises known as "Rushmere House” Princes Walk Normanston Drive Lowestoft aforesaid and my furniture and effects of household use or ornament there in or belonging thereto (save such thereof as may be otherwise specifically disposed of by this my Will or any codicil hereto) unto my said son Ronald John Dunlop in fee simple. .

7. WHEREAS under the Trust Disposition and Settlement of my Mother Constance Susan Mary Dunlop dated the Twenty-fourth day of May One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-four registered in the Books of the Lords of Council and Session at Edinburgh on the Sixteenth day of March One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-five certain articles specified in the list annexed thoreto were specifically bequeathed to me with the desire and intention therein expressed that the said articles should be kept as heirlooms in my family.

AND WHEREAS the said articles (with the exception of the silver casket engraved with views Hyderabad the gold trowel with inscription and the large painting the children James and Margaret Dunlop therein referred to which excepted article have either never come into my possession or have been otherwise disposed of by me) are now in my dwellinghouse "Rushmere House" aforesaid NOW I HEREBY BEQUEATH the said articles free of duty to my said son Ronald John Dunlop my desire and intention (but without imposing any trust) being that the said articles should be kept as heirlooms in the family of my said son.

8. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all the residue of my property whether real or personal wheresoever and whatsoever not hereby or by any codicil hereto otherwise specifically disposed of and over which I have any disposing power unto my said son Ronald John Dunlop and Bruce Alexander Johnston Dunlop in equal shares absolutely.
